Ostling, who was invited to support Sri Lanka’s tourism, experienced some of the best locations in the country, including Yala, Weligama and Colombo.
“To be entrusted by a country to help represent its culture, experiences and people on a global stage is a significant professional milestone, and one I do not take lightly,” she said in a post on Instagram.
Ostling also celebrated the New Year in Sri Lanka with her partner, who she will be marrying later this year.
