Former Nickelodeon child star Tylor Chase has been hospitalized after being found homeless and is said to be on the path to recovery.
The former Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide star was found dressed in rags on the streets of California.
Videos of Tylor Chase living on the street went viral resulting in his former costar Daniel Curtis coming forward to help him.

Curtis posted a video of him having pizza with Tylor Chase and later booked him in at a motel.
Daily Mail reported that Chase has since been admitted to hospital and was taken to a facility by a mental health crisis team and is under the care of Riverside county officials.
TMZ quoted Jacob Harris, the owner of Shipwreck Barbershop in Riverside, as saying that Chase, 36, was to be taken to a rehabilitation facility from the hospital.
Harris also told the Daily Mail that Chase “is in good care now, and the future is looking bright. He just needed someone to actually do something to help.”
Chase gained recognition for playing Martin Qwerly, a recurring character on the Nickelodeon comedy series Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, which aired from 2004 to 2007.
The actor also appeared in the 2005 television series Everybody Hates Chris and played Young Adam in the 2007 independent film Good Time Max, directed by and starring James Franco. He also provided voice work for the video game L.A. Noire in 2011.
