The 2026 Golden Globes not only honored major achievements in storytelling but also provided a stage for fashion, emotion and unforgettable moments.

From Hamnet’s dramatic sweep to television’s breakout series, the evening underscored a year of diverse and dynamic creative work across entertainment.

While awards were the night’s focal point, the red carpet offered its own dazzling array of moments:

  • Selena Gomez stunned in a couture gown combining feathers and velvet — one of the most memorable fashion statements of the evening.

  • Teyana Taylor — winner and fashion highlight — turned heads in a dramatic black Schiaparelli gown.

  • Ayo Edebiri brought modern glamour with an Old Hollywood-inspired Chanel look that lit up best-dressed lists.

  • Glen Powell made headlines with a bold hairstyle paired with classic formalwear, sparking conversation across social feeds.

Other notable red-carpet arrivals included Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande, Odessa A’zion and George and Amal Clooney — each showcasing their own fashion flair ahead of the awards ceremony.

The night’s energy blended reverence for craft with spirited celebration. Host Nikki Glaser’s witty opening set the tone, balancing sharp humor with affectionate nods to cinema and TV’s biggest names.

Inside the ceremony, winners delivered heartfelt speeches, with several acknowledging the collaborative nature of storytelling and the emotional impact of their work. Backstage scenes showed winners like Chloé Zhao and Jessie Buckley dancing and celebrating alongside casts and creatives.
